In the past, I worked in a few different warehouses. It was wild to see how much product was damaged or lost in my previous positions.

It has taught me to always strive to achieve more and have an open mind to learn new things.
If you could switch your job with anyone else within RSF, whose job would you want?
I would change jobs with my current boss, Matt Higgins. Watching him lead inspires me to learn and improve my leadership skills.

My favorite thing here is the opportunities for everyone to grow within the company.
